Good meaning, nothing against it in the sources
The name means 'resurrection' and was first given to children born around Easter in early Christianity; several early saints bore it. Because it is built on a Christian feast and doctrine, it is counted as a name of another religion, like Noël. An IslamWeb fatwa (301771) rules that it is not permissible to give this name, because it is tied to the Christian belief about Jesus and is widespread among Christians (Ibn al-Qayyim's rule on names peculiar to non-Muslims). Resurrection is also a belief in Islam, so the meaning itself is not foreign to it. A scholar's call.
